A fun and healthier alternative to your store-bought ice cream. You can get unhealthy with the toppings though! I've mixed all sorts of things in like Nutella, shredded coconut, chocolate, walnuts, and even some of my fudgy gluten free brownies.

Ingredients
6 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup cacao powder
4 tbsp peanut butter
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For other additional ingredients, see note 1
Directions
Slice bananas and place in a freezer bag for one hour
Remove bananas from the freezer after one hour, and blend with the cacao powder, coconut milk, and peanut butter in a blender or food processor until smooth. At this point you can also add in any other additional ingredients of your choice!
Freeze mixture in a freezer-safe Tupperware for 3-4 hours.
To serve, thaw for 20 minutes, then serve.
--Notes--
Note 1: you can add anything before freezing - chocolate chunks, crushed Oreo's, brownies bites, Nutella, condensed milk, cookie dough etc, whatever you are thinking. You can also add these things as toppings when you serve!
